In this project, I created a short motion design piece from concept to final animation. The goal was to explore the full motion design process and develop a small narrative through movement, visuals, and timing.

The project started with a three-second animation exercise where I experimented with early ideas, gathered references, and created rough sketches. This stage helped me explore different visual directions and think about how the animation could move and evolve. Once I had a clear concept, I refined the visual style and developed more polished illustrations. I then expanded the idea into a storyboard to plan the timing, transitions, and overall flow of the animation.

The final outcome is a ten-second narrative animation built on the original concept, bringing together illustration, storytelling, and motion.

My moodboard blends cosy Christmas nostalgia, playful dachshund humor, and warm autumn color palettes. The holiday references create a magical, nostalgic atmosphere, while the dachshund images add a fun and character-driven tone. The warm oranges, greens, and golds unify the visuals and help establish a friendly, inviting style for the animation.
